Yes, built-in LED lights make it glow at night.

Made for outdoor use on roofs, gutters, railings, walls and balconies. Use ropes/stakes to secure it.
How do I hang it?
Included ropes let you tie it to a gutter, railing, ladder or wall so it looks like Santa is climbing.
