Returns & Refunds

All sales are final once a package has been opened. To qualify for a refund, your order must be returned unopened, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened packages are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged in transit? Do not open the package. If your package arrives visibly damaged, keep it sealed and email us at danialelias234@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged, unopened package from all sides. Opening a damaged package voids refund eligibility.

Every claim is reviewed individually. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we approve otherwise.
